Where does Angry Spade ship from?
We ship from Pittsburgh, PA in the United States.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We would be happy to take your orders from outside of the United States.  We use USPS Priority Mail flat rate envelopes & boxes to ship orders internationally.  Shipping to Canada and Mexico costs $10.88 and anywhere else is $12.78.

Please keep in mind that delays may occur when shipping internationally.  Also keep in mind that customs charges may apply and you will be responsible for paying these fees.

What is Angry Spade’s return and exchange policy?
You may return unworn and unwashed apparel and any unopened media. Trying on an item does not count as being worn. Returns must be submitted(instructions below) within seven days from when you receive your order. You are responsible for paying for any shipping.

Once your package is received and the item is confirmed as returnable, a refund to your Paypal account will be issued in the amount of the item plus any sales tax you may have paid. You will not be refunded for shipping and handling.

To submit a return, please email us with a little note telling us about your return and the reason for return(ex. wrong size, wrong color, bad print) and we will get back to you ASAP with more info.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

NOTE – All orders ship within 24 hours.

How should I care for my Angry Spade T-shirt?
We suggest washing in cold water and hanging to dry to keep your new t-shirt in tip top shape.  If you can’t hang dry, then make sure you use the lowest heat setting possible.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
The Storenvy checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
